This bracelet are all adjustable to fit most sized , I use the size chosen that would be closest to your size to minimize customer adjustments. Size is based on small ( smaller wrist under a 6 inch length in reg bracelets ), med (would be more the most common size for most women 6.5 to 7.5 inches )and large for those with larger wrist , 8 inch and up .
